Hormones and the ‘Hormonal Mud-Map’

This underpins all that is happening now to us – and as a clinician I have seen this devolution happen over the past 40 years in my healing work in clinic – and as a person – myself having to undo what has come to pass with my body and thus my life – I have discovered.

No research needed – just restore the plan!

In an ideal word, the body would just have to deal with the weather – whether there was enough to eat and whether there is danger from people or animals. These are enough to cause major life issues. And in the First World we usually do not need to have a handle on shelter and heating or cooling so we really get caught in blizzards or deserts. There are other things that wreck homeostasis (inner balance). They lurk within us. We often have no idea why we are feeling not right – and mainstream modern medicine is not looking where in times past there was no need.

There is a fallout from all the modern tinkering – chemicals we keep pumping into the atmosphere and water – we get less able to function – giving rise to conditions that all are drowning in. Chemicals that are being injected in the name of health into all at highly vulnerable times, that then create inner chaos to always be corrupting normal that would have happened had we trusted nature to do the right thing by us.

On top of this, recently the push to demonise what we need to survive – the sun and dietary saturated animal fats – means few have the raw ingredients on board for life, however they have far more of what gets in the way than they need. (See all the red on this chart then compare it to the one below).

Below I have a ‘dummies ‘ guide to hormones – you know – those things women are supposed to have sometimes out of control? We have hormones to live and to keep the body living – not just to give menstrual commands but all of life ones. Hormones are messengers – and the messages they carry about are only as good as what you are making yourself with.

In today’s world – what Dr Rachel Carson warned the world about in the 1960’s is true – we are poisoning ourselves and everything in the biosphere. Possibly we could live more as guardians of the planet for our great grand children – on trust for them. Not inspiring news that this has not been the focus. . .

Studying below gives an idea of what you are up against – compare then with the ‘mud map’ underneath it – as we would be without chemicals where they were a few centuries ago.

Hormone-Production-ModernWho thinks it a bright idea to put fluoride in the water? Where even is the science – I dare you to find any that backs this up – it look what we have done to our thyroids in the meantime – and how dumb now are our children – and how fat we all feel? And depressed – no further needed than put liquid iodine on your skin daily to allow the excess halides (bromide is another bully here entirely) and see how much thinner/clearer/brighter you feel – and possibly warmer also – as your metabolism can get out from under . .

Why not just have more magnesium and less of what rips it out of the food and life? That alone – even more than avoiding the sugar that is in all foods now – would be enough – try using magnesium chloride i=ol on your tooth brush and see what happens – not commercial chemicalised tooth paste .. start going plain and simple again as your forebears would have.

Ideally – what would happen if we had enough whole, pure foods and clean water, plenty of life as we used to – outside, in nature, and exercise being what happened in life, not in a gym.

There are so many ways that we can help ourselves.

1) – One is to replace all the nutrients that are just not there. Eating fat not oils – is a good start – much more of it – the saturated stuff from animals that is supposedly so very bad for you  unfortunately just because ‘science’ says something – traditions over millenia often show more sense – what did your forebears eat? Not industrially produced food substances – it was up to nature and the animals and the soil – and the health of those dictate your own health . . get back to basics . .as shown all through the presentations amassed here.

2) – Another is to get rid of what is blocking their absorption – even if it is there in the diet. This means a lot of what you think is gong in – as it may well be – in the labels of the supplements bottles, or in your food – is actually not getting where it needs to be.

This is often very obvious when you start puling out what is not supposed to be there – and all of a sudden – magically it would seem  you start getting better.

Fluoride and chlorine and bromides are a great nuisance – and iodine straight on the skin is totally absorbed and easily rectifies the problems. Why is this so very important?  Without a thyroid working well toxin and gut and immune strength are all compromised – as then you are. Getting away from all the halides – a group of elements that are replacing what is so desperately needed in bodies to make thyroid hormones (total metabolism overseer). This means no fluoride or chlorides or bromides in your body – harder than you think but well worth it.

TOXINS – newborns have at least 200 not supposed to be there chemicals found in their bloodstreams – and this is before all the vaccinations start up . . to add so many more.

We are also awash with what we don’t need – heavy metals and toxic residue – a lot of which will not break down and our body has no idea what to do with.
Modern medicine does not even know it is there – let alone factor them in.

You know something is not right ..  . perhaps it is time to help yourself through at least getting rid of what can be – easily safely with liquid activated zeolites.
